You only get out what you put in…

For a really long time, I thought I just couldn’t eat before I exercised. I didn’t like the feeling of that food bouncing around in my stomach as I tried to push myself on the track or in the sporting arena.

BUT once I started to up my exercise routine, which see me now run most days of the week and play a number of games of netball, I just can’t possibly play without a good snack or light meal beforehand.

Fortunately, through a little bit of research and by reading up on what should work best for me, I’ve been able to come up with a few snack and meals that are perfect ahead of a jog, run, race of game.
