I feel like I’ve always been at odds with music and exercise. On the one hand, I love a good pump-up mix when I’m at the gym, but on the other hand, I can’t stand having to carry my iPod on a long run outdoors.
Whether or not I’m a fan of music and running, there is no doubt that a good track, or a good playlist can be the difference between a good workout and copping out and going home to bed (this could just be me…).
I wanted to share a couple of playlists I’ve put together over the last couple of months to get me in the mood for a jog or a big session at the gym.
You might need to forgive my taste in music though…
